Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- class B CDL preferred
- additional licensing and endorsements may apply for select states
- clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements
- one plus year of customer service experience
- one plus year of delivery driving experience or one year CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and winch vehicles during loading
- proficient in operating a manual transmission
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load vehicles at various locations
- facilitate the completion of home delivery transactions
- interact with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service
- perform condition verification for transported vehicles
- verify vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements and CarMax policies
