Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Additional licensing and endorsement requirements for select states
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to CarMax policies and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate completion of home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and colleagues to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform guided condition verification for transported vehicles
- Verify vehicles meet CarMax cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT and FMCSA requirements including inspections and hours-of-service
