Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Meet additional licensing and endorsement requirements for select states including Illinois (Class C), Indiana (Class D with For Hire endorsement), Louisiana (Class D Chauffeur's License), Mississippi (Class D Commercial License)
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and winch vehicles during loading
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations to ensure the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time
- Facilitate the completion of Home Delivery transactions
- Interact with customers, other associates and team members to provide outstanding internal and external customer service
- Perform brief and guided condition verification for vehicles being transported to a CarMax location
- Verify that all vehicles meet CarMax's cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and hours-of-service rules
