Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- class B CDL preferred
- additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply for select states
- clean driving record with no serious violations in past three years
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience or 1 year of CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to all applicable company policies and procedures
- able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- proficient in operating manual transmission
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load vehicles at various locations
- facilitate home delivery transactions
- interact with customers and team members to provide outstanding customer service
- perform condition verifications on vehicles prior to delivery
- verify that vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements and company policies during vehicle operation
