Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- clean driving record with no serious violations in past three years
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and winch vehicles
- adherence to CarMax policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
- class B CDL preferred
- clean driving record with no serious violations in past three years
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- one or more years of customer service experience
- one or more years of delivery driving experience or one year of CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- proficiency in operating a manual transmission
Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load vehicles at various locations
- facilitate completion of home delivery transactions
- interact with customers and team members to provide outstanding service
- perform vehicle condition verification
- verify vehicles meet cosmetic standards
- comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
