Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and winch transported vehicles during loading
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply depending on state (e.g., Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi)

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate the completion of home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform condition verification for vehicles being transported
- Verify all vehicles meet CarMax cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements and company policies related to commercial vehicle operation
