Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Clean driving record with no serious violations in past three years
- Ability to meet DOT & FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience
- 1+ year delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in operating manual transmission
Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate completion of home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and associates to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform guided condition verification for transported vehicles
- Verify all vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies including vehicle inspections and hours-of-service
