Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply for select states
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- One or more years of customer service experience
- One or more years of delivery driving experience or CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and winch transported vehicles
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate the completion of Home Delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service
- Perform condition verification of vehicles being transported
- Verify that all vehicles meet company cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements and company policies including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
