Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience
- Ability to obtain a notary commission within first 90 days
- Ability to satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title access
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as vehicle loading and unloading
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 11am to 9pm with weekend availability
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to obtain a notary commission within the first 90 days of employment
- Ability to satisfy state-specific requirements to access DMV/title and registration systems
- Ability to obtain any required state specialty licenses within specified timeframes
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Job Duties
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with custom car haulers
- Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
- Regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe driving conditions
- Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in customer tracking system
- Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy
