Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply for select states such as Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience or 1 year CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in operating a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate the completion of home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and associates to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform condition verification for vehicles being transported
- Verify vehicles meet CarMax's cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements, including vehicle inspections and hours-of-service
