Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid state-issued driver's license
- class B CDL preferred
- additional licensing and endorsement requirements may apply for select states including Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, and Mississippi
- clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- at least one year of customer service experience
- at least one year of delivery driving experience or one year of CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- proficient in operating a manual transmission
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- facilitate the completion of home delivery transactions including paperwork for signatures
- interact with customers and team members to provide outstanding customer service
- perform brief and guided condition verification for vehicles being transported
- verify all vehicles meet CarMax's cosmetic standards before delivery
- comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and CarMax policies through thorough vehicle inspections and adherence to hours-of-service requirements
