Job Duties
- Provide support for manufacturing processes of different lines
- obtain vegetables, beef, onions, and other items from freezers or coolers
- weigh vegetables and various proteins into batches to be mixed or cooked
- keep various work areas clean and organized as per company Good Housekeeping Procedures
- assist in equipment setup during start-up and disassembling of equipment at the end of the production day
- operate production equipment such as Veggie Mixer, Watanabe, and Urshel Slicer
- follow verification process by verifying all ingredients pulled before use
- understand and follow warehouse and logistical Standard Operating Procedures
- maintain good control of ingredients and balance by utilizing FIFO method
- read, analyze, and comprehend production schedules and documentation
- possibly become EPJ and/or HACCP Monitor certified
