Job Duties
- Provide support for the manufacturing processes of different lines
- obtain vegetables, beef, and/or onion and other items from freezers or cooler
- weigh vegetables and various proteins into batches to be mixed or cooked and provided to the lines
- keep various work areas clean and organized as per company Good Housekeeping Procedures
- assist in equipment set up during Start-Up and disassembling of equipment at the end of the production day
- operate production equipment including Veggie Mixer, Watanabe, and Urshel Slicer
- support specific production lines or act as a general laborer
- follow the Verification Process by verifying all ingredients pulled before using
- understand and complete paperwork and production flowcharts critical to manufacturing
- follow warehouse and logistical Standard Operating Procedures especially regarding Additional Materials and Returns
- maintain control of ingredients and balance using FIFO method
- read, analyze, and comprehend production schedules and documentation
- potentially become Electric Pallet Jack certified and/or HACCP Monitor certified
