Job Duties
- Provide support for the manufacturing processes of different lines
- Obtain vegetables, beef, and/or onion and other items from freezers or cooler
- Weigh vegetables and various proteins into batches to be mixed or cooked and provided to the lines
- Keep various work areas clean and organized as per company Good Housekeeping Procedures
- Assist in equipment set up during Start-Up and disassembling of equipment at the end of the production day
- Operate production equipment such as Veggie Mixer, Watanabe, and Urshel Slicer
- Support different production rooms and lines as assigned
- Follow Verification Process by verifying all ingredients pulled before use
- Understand necessary paperwork and production flowcharts critical to manufacturing, mixing and weighing
- Follow warehouse and logistical Standard Operating Procedures especially regarding Additional Materials and Returns
- Maintain good control of ingredients and balance using FIFO method
- Read, analyze, and comprehend production schedules and documentation
- May become Electric Pallet Jack certified and/or HACCP Monitor certified
