Job Duties
- Provide support for the manufacturing processes of different lines
- Obtain vegetables, beef, and/or onion and other items from freezers or cooler
- Weigh vegetables and various proteins into batches to be mixed or cooked and provided to the lines
- Keep various work areas clean and organized as per company Good Housekeeping Procedures
- Assist in equipment set up during Start-Up and disassembling of equipment at the end of the production day
- May operate equipment necessary in support of production needs and demands
- Follow the Verification Process by verifying all ingredients pulled before using
- Understand and follow all warehouse and logistical Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain good control of ingredients and balance by utilizing FIFO method
- Read, analyze and comprehend the production schedule and various production documentation
- May be required to become EPJ certified and/or HACCP Monitor certified
