Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in healthcare
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with medical software and Microsoft Office
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 2-5 PM
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally, both in person and on the phone
  • manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in patient records
  • collect patient information, insurance details, and verify eligibility
  • schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area in line with office policies
  • respond to patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • assist in processing payments and maintaining an accurate financial record
  • support clinical staff and other administrative functions as required
  • collaborate with the team to enhance overall patient experience and satisfaction
