- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including peak retail periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources
- assist in the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- assume cashier duties as needed
- support loss prevention initiatives and overall store maintenance
