- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant information
- achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
- assist in executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping
- perform cashier duties as needed
- assist with loss prevention initiatives and operational store maintenance
