Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn and share product knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create valuable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and merchandise presentation
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and assist in overall store maintenance
