Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical capability to perform store duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn about the brand and products

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by sharing product, community, and activity knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and help maintain overall store operations
