Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to handle physical aspects of the job such as lifting and standing for long periods
- ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work environments
- proficiency in using computers and POS systems

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering product, community, and activity knowledge
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to enhance customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
- assist with visual directives including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- perform cashier duties as needed
- support loss prevention initiatives and assist in store maintenance
