Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer operations
- commitment to inclusive customer service and teamwork

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing them with product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a valuable customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources
- assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in loss prevention initiatives and overall store visual and operational maintenance
