Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn about Vans products and culture
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge to create a valuable experience for customers
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customers’ needs
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives, merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- Assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
