Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Physical ability to perform duties requiring lifting standing and climbing
- Willingness to learn and align with brand values and culture

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product community and activity based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant community product and activity knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation housekeeping and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- Assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
