Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to learn about Vans products and skate culture
- physical capability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- proficient in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing exciting product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customers’ needs
- assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives
- assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
