Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform store duties
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and community engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in the execution of loss prevention initiatives
- Assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
