Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals utilizing all available resources
- assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in execution of all loss prevention initiatives
- support overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
