Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior retail or customer service experience preferred
ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
strong communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to learn about products and community
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity knowledge and recommendations
demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge
achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources
assist in merchandise presentation, store housekeeping, and product replenishment
perform cashier duties as needed
support loss prevention initiatives and overall store visual and operational maintenance
