Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and customer-focused environment
- Willingness to learn and share product and community knowledge
- Ability to handle cashier duties and assist with loss prevention initiatives

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in executing all Loss Prevention initiatives
- Assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
