Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn about the products and culture
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customers’ needs
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and merchandise presentation
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Assist with loss prevention initiatives
- Help maintain overall visual and operational store standards
