Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing them with product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in execution of all loss prevention initiatives and store maintenance
