Job Requirements

- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives and overall visual and operational store maintenance
