Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle store responsibilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Provide personalized customer engagement

- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

- Assist with loss prevention initiatives
