Job Duties
- provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in execution of all loss prevention initiatives
- assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
