Job Duties

Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable experience for customers
Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
Assume cashier duties as needed
Assist in the execution of Loss Prevention initiatives and overall store operational maintenance
