Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to perform job duties which include lifting, standing, and climbing
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service and work well within a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and assist in overall store visual and operational maintenance
