- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to enhance the customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
- assist in executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in all loss prevention initiatives
- support the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
