Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform retail work duties
- ability to operate a cash register and manage transactions
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- willingness to learn about brand products and customer community
- ability to collaborate with team members and adapt to changing work environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product, community, and activity knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a memorable customer experience
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all resources to meet customer needs
- assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
