Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create a valuable customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising and store standards
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist with Loss Prevention initiatives and overall store operations
