Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn about Vans product lines and brand culture
- Legally authorized to work in the country

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and overall store maintenance
