Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn about the brand and community

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing exciting product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources to meet customers' needs
- Assist in maintaining visual directives including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in the execution of all loss prevention initiatives
- Assist in overall visual and operational store maintenance
