Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic computer proficiency

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to create memorable customer experiences
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing available resources to meet customers' needs
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives and store operational maintenance
