Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn product and community knowledge
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and product replenishment
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives and overall store maintenance
