Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product and community knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant activity community and product knowledge
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources
- assist in execution and maintenance of visual directives including merchandise presentation and housekeeping
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in execution of loss prevention initiatives
- assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
