Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform all duties including lifting and standing
- willingness to learn about brand culture and products
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge
- achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- assist in executing and maintaining visual merchandising and store standards
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in loss prevention initiatives
- support overall visual and operational store maintenance
