Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn product and community knowledge
- ability to use computer systems
- commitment to maintaining store standards and loss prevention

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers with product, community, and activity knowledge

- assist in executing and maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
