Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community knowledge
- Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all resources to meet customer needs
- Assist in executing and maintaining visual directives and merchandise presentation
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives
- Support overall visual and operational store maintenance
