Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain, logistics or related field
- 0-2 years of experience with professional achievements
- Experience dealing directly with US Customs and Border Protection and its officers and inspectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working alone or in a team
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced yet casual environment
- Ability to enhance and implement best practices with a mindset toward continuous improvement
- Federal background and fingerprinting required
- Location requirement: Vans HQ in Costa Mesa, California
- Hybrid role, 3 days in office
Job Qualifications

- Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems desired

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and filing of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports for CBP and the FTZ ensuring that they are timely, complete and accurate
- Operate the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping system
- Verify inventory transactions
- process and verify FTZ related data
- Track and manage receipts by monitoring inbound shipments
- prepare in-transit entries (in-bond) and or permit-to-transfers with CBP
- Coordinate with other departments impacted by imports
- Conduct audits of transactions and processes and make recommendations on improvements
- Maintain proper record keeping and management reporting (may include weekly financial reports)
