Job Description
Linden Unified School District is located in the unincorporated community of Linden on Highway 26, about 10 miles east of Stockton. It is a well-established educational district that caters to a sizeable student population through its four elementary schools, one high school, and a continuation high school. The district's elementary schools serve approximately 1500 students, while the high school accommodates around 800 students, and the continuation high school supports 45 students. Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- ability to operate district vehicles safely
- experience in driving or transportation preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to assist students including those with special needs
- knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cleaning practices
Job Duties
- operate designated district vehicle to transport up to nine student passengers
- assist in the loading and unloading of passengers including students with special needs
- keep assigned vehicle clean and orderly
- maintain vehicle in safe and clean condition according to established routes and schedules
- comply with district policies and procedures
- perform related duties as assigned
