Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Successfully pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening
  • Be physically able to assist guests with luggage lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Communicate effectively in basic English
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability
  • Be comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening
  • Good communication skills in basic English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience driving hospitality shuttles or commercial vehicles is preferred
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Safely transport guests to and from designated locations including airport, local attractions, and hotel property in a timely manner while ensuring their comfort
  • Greet all guests with warmth, courtesy, and a professional demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming first impression
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, or other items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the van, both inside and out, ensuring it is guest-ready at all times
  • Monitor and log mileage, fuel, and maintenance needs, promptly reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns
  • Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for guests
  • Offer helpful local information and recommendations when appropriate, adding a personal touch to the guest experience
  • Collaborate with front desk and other departments to coordinate shuttle schedules and guest transportation needs
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional
  • Handle guest inquiries or requests with courtesy, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure satisfaction
