Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Successfully pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening
- Be physically able to assist guests with luggage lifting up to 50 lbs
- Communicate effectively in basic English
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability
- Be comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Good communication skills in basic English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience driving hospitality shuttles or commercial vehicles is preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations including airport, local attractions, and hotel property in a timely manner while ensuring their comfort
- Greet all guests with warmth, courtesy, and a professional demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming first impression
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, or other items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the van, both inside and out, ensuring it is guest-ready at all times
- Monitor and log mileage, fuel, and maintenance needs, promptly reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for guests
- Offer helpful local information and recommendations when appropriate, adding a personal touch to the guest experience
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to coordinate shuttle schedules and guest transportation needs
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional
- Handle guest inquiries or requests with courtesy, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure satisfaction
